1. Definitions

  1. “Software” means the executable programs, libraries, sample code, documentation, and all related materials provided by BKHTMLTOPDF.
  2. “Enterprise License” means a license that allows an unlimited number of developers to use the Software to develop and deploy applications to an unlimited number of internal servers.
  3. “Enterprise OEM License” means a license that allows embedding, redistribution, or deployment of the Software in third-party or cloud-based systems.
  4. “Cloud-based system” means any computing environment provided or hosted by a third party, including but not limited to Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.

2. Grant of License

  1. BKHTMLTOPDF grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
  2. Unless you have obtained an Enterprise OEM License, you may not embed, redistribute, rent, or otherwise make the Software available to any third party.
  3. Each license includes one (1) year of maintenance (updates and support). After that period, you may renew the maintenance plan at the then-current renewal rate. Failure to renew will not affect your right to use the Software, but you will lose access to updates and technical support.
  4. Deployment in cloud-based systems requires an Enterprise OEM License.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. The Software and all copies thereof are owned by BKHTMLTOPDF and are protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
  2. You shall not develop, market, or distribute any product that is functionally similar to the Software, whether through modification, wrapping, or other derivative means.

4. Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted by law or this Agreement, you shall not:

  1. Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software;
  2. Remove, modify, or obscure any copyright notices or proprietary labels;
  3. Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws or infringes BKHTMLTOPDF’s rights or interests.

5. Term and Termination

  1. This Agreement becomes effective upon your installation or use of the Software.
  2. BKHTMLTOPDF may terminate this Agreement by written notice if you breach any term of this Agreement. You shall have * ten (10) days* after receiving such notice to cure the breach. If you fail to do so, the license will terminate automatically.
  3. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

  1. The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  2. You acknowledge that you use the Software at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

  1. In no event shall BKHTMLTOPDF be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
  2. BKHTMLTOPDF’s maximum aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Software license.

8. Miscellaneous

  1. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  2. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and BKHTMLTOPDF regarding the Software.
  3. BKHTMLTOPDF reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The updated version will take effect upon publication on the BKHTMLTOPDF official website.
